드론모빌리티 융합 교육연구단에 참여하는 대학원생의 연구 성과를 장려하기 위해 논문 장려금 지급 기준과 신청 방법을 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

1. 지급 기준

- 주저자(SCIE): SCIE 논문의 주저자인 경우 

   - 10% 미만: 150만원

   - Q1: 100만원 

   - Q2: 75만원

   - Q3, Q4: 50만원

- 산정 기간: 2025년 3월 ~ 2026년 2월

- 공동저자가 포함된 경우, 대표로 지정된 참여 대학원생 1인에게만 지급 (논문 1편에 대해서 1건의 지급만 가능)

- 1편 이상 게재할 경우, 심의를 통해 2026년 2월 추가 지급 예정

- 사사표기는 의무가 아니며, 소속 표기 기준을 충족할 시 실적으로 인정

2. 신청 방법/문의

- 신청 방법: [첨부 2]의 엑셀 양식과 함께 이메일(hj.kim152@kau.ac.kr)로 신청

- 신청 기간: 2025년 3월 3일 ~ 2026년 2월 2일

- 지급 일정: 2026년 2월 중 (예정)

Drone Mobility Convergence Education & Research Group Thesis Incentive Payment Guidelines for Participating Graduate Students

To encourage the research achievements of graduate students participating in the Drone Mobility Convergence Education & Research Group, we would like to provide the following guidelines for thesis incentive payments and application procedures.

1. Payment Criteria

- First Author (SCIE): For those who are the first author of an SCIE paper

  - Top 10%: KRW 1,500,000

  - Q1: KRW 1,000,000

  - Q2: KRW 750,000

  - Q3, Q4: KRW 500,000

- Calculation Period: March 2025 ~ February 2026

- Co-authors: In cases with co-authors, the incentive will be paid to only one designated participating graduate student (one payment per paper).

- Multiple Papers: If more than one paper is published, an additional payment will be decided through a review process and is scheduled to be disbursed in February 2026.

- Acknowledgment: Acknowledgment is not mandatory, but the achievement will be recognized if the affiliation standards are met.
